Print Design
Through research into printing processes, colour modes, and document layouts, I produced a collection of designs intended for physical products. Whether I utilised Illustrator for a more sleek and graphical look or Photoshop for a painterly feel, I considered the composition of each piece alongside my choice of typography in relation to the overall theme.
An example of preparing a card for print is shown below, formatted in InDesign with appropriate margins and bleeds for accurate cutting. The back of the card details the interior contents, in this case 'blank inside', as well as greyscale branding for promotion. The pale yellow inner pages will provide contrast from the deep blue of the main design.

The pages for this mockup were formatted in InDesign with dimensions suitable for a tall drinks menu. A selection of three coated Pantone colours in various tints were chosen for the logo and menu to ensure consistency across establishments when printing. Coated paper will withstand extensive usage and convey a higher standard to customers.
